Growing up in Bermuda, Collie Buddz was influence by the sounds of his island home. Hip-Hop and Soca music were important to him but his music has a rock solid foundation in Reggae. Collie Buddz exploded onto the the Dancehall scene with his infectious smash "Come Around". The marijuana anthem first topped the charts in the U.K. before it made it's way to the #1 spot in Jamaica. Soon after collaborations with Busta Rhymes, Lil Flip and Beyonce helped Collie Buddz establish himself in North America which seen "Come Around" become the #1 Reggae song in Canada. His music career has seen him tour the world including Austria, Barbados, Belgium, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Dubai, England, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, France, Japan, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Trinidad, USA and of course Canada! | |
